When we, When we set up a budget for the project it helps us to establish our budget for our labor cost based on our cost of past projects. Probably the biggest one is the uh, prevailing wage report. You know, again, not poking fun at the QuickBooks and the lower end software uh, programs out there, but they don’t handle the prevailing wage in the set aside plans. Uh, our clients that have prevailing wage can utilize QuickBooks, I mean, utilize ComputerEase’s prevailing wage module, which is basically integrated with the payroll and integrated with job costing, and it basically will take uh, a payroll function in QuickBooks that takes probably ten hours, and the clients can do that in about three or four hours and all of the certified payrolls are done. Uh, you know, we, we, we harp on that. The other one is probably the retainage due report. Uh, the lower end systems don’t handle retainage due, nor retainage held from vendors. Uh, ComputerEase does a real good job in tracking retainage due, tracking unbilled retainage due uh, and allows the contractor to then analyze those reports.
